Can the standard icons of e.g. a pdf or word doc ile be exchanged with a thumbnail of a picture of my own choice? And if this is possible, can I easily change set the size of the picture ?

Of course, you can exchange and adjust it in *.css file.

Thanks but (you knew there was a but coming...), I want to give each download its own unique image. Is that (easily) possible?

Hi,

This feature is not implemented yet.
The next major release available next week, the 4.0 will include a Dropbox integration.

The custom image on files is planned on the 4.1 version with an Email notification system. I hope it will be done in less than 2 month.
