Hello, My server has a file upload limit of 256MB, but I need to upload/serve larger files than that. Would use WP File Download plus Google Drive (or one of the other cloud services) allowed me to get around my server restrictions? My client needs to offer their customers large firmware files, sometimes 500MB in size. This app looks great! Thanks for your time.

In your case, you can upload 500MB files to your server without any issues.
If you connect to cloud server, you will see the files in our plugin.
Of course, we index the file information only and files are not actually stored on your server.

Hello, I have a similar question with the Dropbox addon, but the answer was not that clear to me. Can I upload larger files than the server upload file size limitation by using the Dropbox/G drive addon? or i can just see them

Yes, you can but we recommend you upload large files from the cloud servers.
