Frontend file manager

Hello

We have a site with the login area.
Members with different roles have access to different pages in this member area.

Now we would like to offer four different file management areas, where users can upload files and manage them in folders (categories).
This areas ans also file access should only be possible if the user has the corresponding role

Example:
We have four teams, for each one we created a page where the user has to member (having the role) of this team to access that page.
In this page we want to place a file manager, including the upload function.

Can this be achieved with your plugin?
