Frontend download and upload in single category

Hi,
I'm creating a restricted access Wordpress + Elementor website, where users (students) will have access to the front-end only.
For each course there will be a page (and a category of files), where students should be able to download/upload files only in the category corresponding to their course without seeing the other categories.
Can I achieve this with WP File Download?

Is it possible for the user who uploads a file to specify that this is visible only to administrators?
