Duplicate features in plugins

Generally, both plugins manage files and sync data from google drive for example; but they have their different purposes:
- WP Media Folder is used to mange media files with virtual folders, such as: images, pdf, audio,... and is created to replace Media in WP. For more details: https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/wp-media-folder-documentation
- WP File Download - the name contains its function. If you don't want to give users download permission, WP Media Folder is enough. Here is the documentation: https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/wp-file-download-documentation
