Dropbox, restrict access?

Hi,

When connected to Dropbox with WP File Download,
will files that have been granted access (in the DropBox app) to WP File download, be publicly accessible (to anyone aware of the right file-URL string) ?
If so, can these DropBoxlinked files be restricted at our site through the Wp File download interface?
(we are building a small intranet section where downloads only should be available to logged in users)
