Dropbox folders and wp user management

1) folders that should be reserved for each wordpress user
2) folders that should be shared between different wordpress users
3) therefore the possibility of associating multiple folders to each individual user
4) The user should only be able to view and download files within wordpress and not have the possibility of sharing

I'm not sure that you mean those feature on frontend or backend.
1,2. However, you can restrict one/multi-user roles to view and download files in a category on the frontend.
If at the backend, you can give permission for users to manage their categories only.

3. You can set user roles to access in each category setting in our plugin.

4. And about the sharing, if the category is not public, only the users are granted permission to can download files in that category.
Normal users or guests can not download the files even if they know the download link.
