Delete option

A client has used this plugin and considers renewing it, but she wonders if it is possible to have the delete option made invisible for susbcribers. Within her organization a lot of files get deleted. If so, how?

Yes, we have switched to a new UI in dashboard. You can now right-click on the file category or a single file to manage them.

I can see how User roles can be defined, but you seem to only be able to say whether they are allowed to delete categories. Is there a setting to avoid deleting a single file?

This is not possible to restrict users to the Delete files option. You can set the "Delete categories" in settings only.
If you want to avoid deleting files from users, you can allow them to upload on frontend instead.
