Delete Downloaded File in front end

Hello, i hope your doing grate !

For a new project i might need to use the WP file download plugin and i saw a lot of video for all the issues and the fonctionnalities.
I need to create an user interface with many roles and many acces or not on many files. I wanted to know if its possible to an user who upload some files in the frontend to delete them on the same frontend ? Actually i saw its only possible to do it on the wordpress interface (back-office).
