Clous connections and User Access

Hello there,

I need to restrict file access and download by users

and it's clear.

But I need to connect your plugin with One Drive, Google Drive ... and so on.

I'd like to know if the access / download of the files in the cloud is always managed
with the same settings above, or is managed by each cloud system.
