Hello,
I've been using your plugin for years, but recently I encountered an error. I can't view categories and files in admin panel. I tried in different browsers but the result is the same.
I am also sending a screenshot showing this situation. Only 1 category and some subcategories appear on the left. I can't see other categories. The category links that appear do not work either.

The reason why the categories and files are not showing up on your dashboard could be due to a conflict on your website.
Please renew your subscription and our dev can take a look at your specific case.
