Can I allow registered members to download specific files on OneDrive?

I am very interested in the WP File Download plugin, I want to build a website that allows members to view and download a specific file (members can see their own files, not other people's files) on OneDrive (example view a Word or Excel file)? And can members manage their files?

Yes, you can set permission for specific users / group users to view file categories on the frontend.
At backend, you can set role for users to access admin dashboard and upload and see their own categories/files.
