Bought but cannot connect and can't get any support

I really need someone to answer my support ticket. I purchased another version of WP File Download on the account I am using for another client and I cannot get the site to connect. The client was using WP File Manager which is no longer available so their PDFs are not working. REALLY NEED TO GET THIS FIXED! Or if I can't get help, please refund my money. Thanks
