We plan to use the system for brand asset management. Is there a function to share a temporary URL to a file? Or an addon/3rd party plugin which would facilitate this?

Also, can you clarify the licensing, is the licensing per site? Is there a license for multi site? Or a developer license for unlimited?

Sorry, we don't have a temporary URL for a file at presently. We have the direct link for files at this time.

There is no limit for installation, you can install on any sites you have.
