Hallo,

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

I'm sorry we don't have any trial/limited version as our plugins are open source.
But, if you encounter any trouble with compatibility, the developer in charge can fix that for you, or we can refund you.

You can see what the themes look like in our demo or our documentation:

https://www.joomunited.com/joomla-demo//team-chart/default-theme-demo
https://www.joomunited.com/support/joomla-documentation?extension=team-chart

P.S: Please write in English in the next reply.

Hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, my second question has not been answered.

Can a chart be displayed like the one I sent as a sample? Explicitly because of the one return connection (large left field). In all demos I only see clear structures that are passed from level to level.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me with more information.

Sorry, I can not see your attachment, please kindly enclose it. By the way, we can display charts as all demo themes on the site currently.

Cheers,
Can you see it now?

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me with more information.

Yes, I can see your chart now. However, this is something not possible in our Team chart currently.

Cheers,
Sorry, diese Aussage verstehe ich nicht.
Although I didn't get a meaningful answer, I bought the product anyway because I have to deliver to the customer and he doesn't want to wait.
I'm disappointed! The images are not displayed in full size when clicked, nor can it be displayed in the way I requested.
There aren't even useful size settings for images. Actually, there are only minimalist settings and fixed organizational charts, which means that I am very limited. At least I thought that you can still place or drag the charts. Too bad, not useful for me. Acts like a beta version.
The client I needed it for rejected it the first time he saw it.
The advertising promises more than the product livers.

I sent you the demo link above, and that is what the Team chart will be displayed on your site.
And I said it's not possible to show as your attachment above in the previous reply.
If you have any technical issues, please drop us a ticket (Menu Support > Support ticket).
Our developer in charge will take a look at that.

Cheers,
