Hi! We are a quite big organisation who wants to be able to create organisation charts on our intranet and it looks like we have found what we are looking for

Today we create org charts in PPT and upload as PDF. We have an intranet solution with Wordpress and BuddyPress.

Questions:

Is it possible to create/export PDF-versions of the org chart?
Is it required to have a picture of every employee or can you just skip that step?

Sorry, it's impossible with Team chart currently.

Is it required to have a picture of every employee or can you just skip that step?

Now, it doesn't have any option to skip that.

Thanks, I understand that the export of PDF could be tricky, but it should be optional to use a picture and get the ability to just write the persons name and title.
We don´t use pictures of the employees in our organization charts that today is made in Powerpoint.
