EasySocial is integrated with TAG Transform

Curious what kind of integration you are looking for in tag transform

In EasyBlog i can tag and i think that TAG Transform my easyblog tags in item menu right?
I have EasySocial and in EasySocial i can tag or hashtag my posts, images.... so i would like to able use those tags / hashtags to create my item menu too...
Is it possible??
