Hello dear Joomunited-team.

I wonder what the different support levels are meaning if I buy glossary.

Is support including productupdates or ist productupdate free?

Hi Klaus,

There is 3 level of update and support duration:



  • The first one with all updates for 6 month

  • The second one with with all updates for 6 month + private ticket support for 6 month too

  • The third one with all updates for 1 year + private ticket support for 1 year too



There's no other limitations.

What about productupdates after 6 month or one year? Have I to buy the product new?

Hey,

Yes you have to renew your membership after your subscription expire, you'll receive an Email to renew in time.
