Using same glossary entry to show on multiple keywords/variations

For using the same glossary term and description however for multiple variations/declinations, which would be the best practice/procedure?
is it necessary to create an entry for each? Eg. for call/calling/calls even if I want to show the same glossary entry for each of them?
Or is there an easier way to expand a glossary entry with multiple trigger words which would call it?

E.g. cat, cats, pussycats

do they need separate entries or can I make a glossary entry for "cats" and have it show up as tooltip also on "cat" and on "pussycat"?

Hi,

Certainly, you can add words with same definition in Synonyms field (see attached).
