SH404sef compatibility and title/meta difficulties

Hello,
Is there a way to make Seo Glossary working with SH404sef ?(it doesn't add the suffix .html and the category doesn't appear)

Moreover, I have no title except the "menu" title for every page, is there any way to have custom title for each term ?
