Will SEO Glossary work within stackideas's EasyBlog? If so can SEO Glossary be setup so that it will only work within EasyBlog and not on the rest of the site?

Hi,

Yes it will work.
And you can disable SEO Glossary using tag if you need to disable it.

Thank you for the quick reply. But using a tag I would have to add it to every page I want to disable? The issue is we only want to use it in the blog and not the other 1500 pages.

Yes you are correct. At the moment there is no way to restrict SEO Glossary to a specific component.
