Hello, prompt, please, is there a Russian localization of SEO Glossary?

This site states that Russian localization of the component is 100%, but it is not clear whether the localization is present in the archive with the component or localization should be download from this site?

It's better to get the version from transifex, it's always better than the extension (if there's one).
