Yes, of course.
In SEO Glossary settings > Tooltip display tab, there is a Occurences parameters, its default value is 1. (See an attached image)

Yes, we are aware of this setting, however seems like the keyword is only linked the first couple of instances.

The remainder matching keywords are not.

Instead of asking in pre sales forum can you please create a support ticket and ask us there?if something covered in extension we will do else we suggest if there is modifications in code
