Linking many dictionaries

Hello, I'd like to ask, if it possible to linking many dictionaries each other. For. example: I've D(ictionary)1 with collection of terms (T1, T2...), but there is many definitions of the term T1, so I'd like to make D2 with these meanings (to display them separately, arranged alphabetically, and to put into D1T1 link to D2. Is it possible? I hope I present the problem clearly.
