Exclude individual categories from search

ty for you answer, but that is not what i like.

Joomla has a global search, and i have a gloal search field.

I wanna exclude specific categories from this global search. The only Option i found is: Disable the search globally, but thats not what i like.

If i use the module, the global search is also active, i cant disable the search in the option, because than the module doesnt work anymore.
