AUP integration when user entering data and approval flow

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is an approval flow an how is it when a user enter data in the glossary. I'm wondering if it has a ACL and if I can choose if user is alloerd to create new terms or just enrich old ones.

Also my idea is to use AUP to reward users that contributes entering data in the glossary. Is there any integration with AUP on entering data? If not, is there any plugin that allow me to add php code in this action, or can you help me where to change the code to reach this result?

Hi Adriana,

Attached the configuration possible for frontend entries.
You have the possibility to set permission for user group using the Joomla native ACL system.
We have not such integration with AUP, I think the best way is to create your own plugin to catch entries submission.

Thank you for your answer. So there is no approval of the entries and whatever user submits goes directly to the glossary, right?

If you set the ACL you can only restrict the possibility to display the entry form.
