Yes this can be possible.you need to create menu manager. then you need to create custom html module and create url like this.that's the easiest way to do this.

Yes that can be done as well.you need to create glossary menu and then create submenu like glossary --> arts
that way it will be able to create subcategory system.

I don't understand. How do I create categories in one dictionary? Now I see only the dictionary and the terms for it. And we need the dictionary to have categories first, then subcategories in them, and then terms (words) in them. How to do it?
