1) Do I have to purchase the Themes pack in order to get a table listing? My main requirement is to have an author and description listed along with the file for download.

2) Is it possible to add column headers? Ideally, I would need these columns to display in a table:

Category
Place
Author
Publication
Society

3) I don't think the demo site is working (if you have one). Wouldn't launch for me.

Thanks for your reply. I'm surprised you don't have list Author for one of the fields, that would seem to be pretty important to many folks.
