Use my location map for a districts in a city

I want to use My maps location or linky map extention to create a website like this.
Can i use one or two extention or i need a custom work to do it.

You can use our extension for this when you click on markers then you can use javascript to show hide and render the popup box that customization.
You can do at your end; however, if you need technical support, our team will help you throught ticket at (Menu Support > Support ticket).

You can help me to do that "when i click in the marker a popup is display in the sidebar with informations and another with only title obove the marker".
