Updating, searching, and setting featured locations

Hi, I was hoping you could answer some questions before purchasing this component-

1. I need the ability to export all my locations once entered in the system to make updates via csv, then import them back into the component. Will this "update" all my existing locations with the changes I made to my csv file, or will this create a new set of duplicate entries? I was hoping the "sync" feature I saw would simply update existing entries while ignoring the others. Please confirm-

2. Are you able to search locations by more than just the name or title in the backend? For example, if I have 50 locations named "Walgreens", I would need to be able to search by address. Can you confirm this is possible in the backend-

3. Is it possible to have a specific set of locations load by default when the page is first loaded? For example, I have a category called "Featured" with only 10 locations, and these are the only locations you should see by default until you change the category to "other", which would then show everything else. Can you confirm if this is possible? Thanks!
