T3 Compatibility & K2 Categories

Let me answer you point by point.

1. No we haven't had any trouble with Joomlart/T3 framework. If you find one just drop us a ticket, the developer will fix that for you.
2. Yes it is you can filter by K2 category and subcategories

also if you have conflict you can turn off jquery from backedn parameter if jquery loading automatically.
for some css stuffs the bootstrap of core is causing issue.
so you can disable the bootstrap css as well.

In the future, will there be an option to increase the search distance beyond 20mi? We have need for 50mi and 100mi.

if you can check the backend parameter of my map location.There we have already provided support of such operation from very first version of my map locations.
you just need to put ,50,100 in my map location distance parameter.
please look at the screenshot.
