Service Area radius

We are needing a map to display the service area for a pet sitting service. The service area consists of a radius from a specific address. Can “My Maps” allow us to enter an address and have a custom region created throughout a 5 mile radius from their main office address? Such that a potential client can enter their address and be told whether they’re within the service area or not?

We've exported a KML file from Google Earth that contains the radius circles we need and imported it into My Maps. Our 2 location records were created but the only fields populated were "Name" and "Alias". I'm attaching a screenshot of our google earth project from which we exported the KML.
