You can use k2 extension and create extra field in it
We have perfect integration with k2

Dear, your client asked if it is possible to integrate the EXTRAS FIELDS in the SEARCH (Filter) form. I wonder if this is possible, since I tried to do this with K2 and without it and I could not. If this is correct, please give me the steps to resolve this, as I have a delayed demand.
