loaded adress extrafiels k2

Hello,
is it possible to display the My maps location in a k2 item ?

I make a real estate website ; each item k2 is an apartment .
Down the page I want to see the shops on map that are nearby.

the map must be loaded with the address of the property (extrafields) and not the geolocalisation.
It's possible?
