Can My Map Location accept KML and RSS feeds like https://fsapps.nwcg.gov/data/kml/conus_latest_lg_incidents.kml? I have a variety of feeds like that to be shown in separate maps and modules..possible?

you can do that with google map.
in the module manager you can put the kml feed url.
if you find any issue in it please crate ticket support as well.
