Community builder, but Stores instead of users

Hi, I'm already using community builder so our customers (we are wholesale business) can log in on our site so they can download brochures and other stuff.

1) What I'm wondering about is if your extension can be used as a store locator, but with Community builder user data (So stores can change their own information)?
2) Also is there a way to limit which Community builder users that will show up (usergroup or something)?
3) Can email and website link be used both in the list and map popup?
4) Can users fine adjust the location marker somehow? (Either via moving it on a map or manually enter the coordinates when they are in community builder user details edit)
5) Can the "user" list be placed above the map?

If so, I'm so buying this
