Place a marker on the map

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

Is it possible to change the appearance(select a different shape than a dot) and size of the markers on a map?
Is it possible to add a link to markers and will clicking on that marker will direct to that link?
Is it possible to change the appearance of the marker?
I have a particular appearance(attached below) that I need to achieve will I be able to achieve that using your extension?
