I am having to post this here because no one is responding to my ticket questions.
I am using the html sidebar, and have added an image in the html, the path is correct but nothing I do will actually show the image, all I get is image failed to load in the dev tools, but the path is correct.

As I see, our dev responded in the ticket. Sorry for the late response, delays in processing support are usually extended outside of the business days
