Linky Map USA questions

1) I can't quite tell by the demo but in the U.S. map can each state just link to an internal page when clicked instead of displaying information and link in the sidebar?
yes they can link to separate page.please look at backend where you can set the url.
2) Do ALL regional maps (Europe, US, etc) come with the purchase or do you purchase each region individually?
Yes all map will be available.
