Custom Map vector

Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to use a custom map vector for Linky Map ?
I need to show the map of a french department (Ardèche) separated on sectors. Hovering a sector should show a tooltip.

I've made a custom SVG map with Mapael (source attached, do not look at tooltip content : it's the same for every sector but need to be different for each color), but the hard thing is that to edit something (mainly tooltip content), you need coding knowledge that my customer do not have.

So can I do the exact same map on Linky Map ? I'm ready to pay a custom development for this if needed
