cannot create ticket for support after purchasing subscription

Hi there,
I have linky map appearing on a menu item that shows a list of contacts.
when you click a contact to see it's contact form, linkymap appears on that page too.

No other modules do this, so I need some assistance in determining why it's working this way.

I tried to submit a ticket - but it says I have to buy the plan - that I have already purchased.
