Hi,
a) Is it possible for a member of the site to vote by choosing an icon (like facebook) corresponding to 3 or 4 emotions: I like, I do not like, indifferent
b) then change the vote
c) follow all these votes in a menu
d) Have a chart that shows the general state of the voters?

Sorry, these features are impossible presently.

d) Have a chart that shows the general state of the voters?

The average result will be shown, we dont have chart to display in frontend. You can see the report by chart in backend only.
