Limit voting from 1-5 instead 1-100?

Hi,

I can see that voting, also star voting, is numbered from 1-100. Is it possible, somehow, to limit the votingrange from 1-5? Especially with star voting, when you want to give 5 stars you get a number like somewhere between 90 and 100, while you want to give 100.
