At first it worked properly, but after a few weeks it stopped working.

It could be something wrong with your site, please drop us a ticket (menu Support > Support ticket).
Our developer in charge will take a look at that.

Btw, you posted in the wrong category (WP Media Folder), we moved this to the right category.
