include links to item rating inside email newsletter

Hi,

I am considering buying Item rating for one of my clients.
She needs the following feature :
- Ability to vote from the email newsletter she sends to her registered members.
- So, basically, there would be two picture at the bottom of her newsletter, one thumb up and one thumb down with links on them. By clicking either of them, it would trigger either one thumb up or one thumb down for this newsletter on her joomla website.
Is it possible with your component ?
