The big question is: can a user login, judge a few pages, go away and come back later to continue on judging. They'd have about 300 pages to judge. There would be about 5 different judges. And at the end of the judging period, all data from the 5 judges will need to be compiled and exported to a spreadsheet.
Also important is that each judge can't see what other judges have done. But they need to see what they have done personally. And have the ability to change past their past judgings if they wanted to.
