Using Droptable like a form?

- I want to use Droptable like a form - where user fills and clicks submit button. There needs to be a structure in the background to save each users data separately, so that then user logs in he/she will see his/her data only. Is this possible with Droptable?
(See picture attached)
- Can I allow user to add or delete rows?

I'm sorry, this feature is not implemented yet.

- Can I allow user to add or delete rows?

It's impossible also.
