dont show table in frontend

i am using joomla 3.7 and install droptable 3.5.15 but in frontend show a default image and excell table not showing why?

In order to have a deeper look at your problem, please drop us a ticket (menu Support > Support ticket).
Our developer in charge will take a look at that.
