can we import an excel file in Joomla front-end then auto update a custom data table in joomla database

Dear Sirs,

I have a custom data table , all field type is matching the need of a frequently updated excel file (which is ac hoc generated by client )

How can, is there any tools here can allow me to make a front-end interface ( drop tables / drop file / or any of your product) to let my client upload the excel and auto import to the target data table
