Adding themes

How hard would it be to add themes to the theme list?

I'm sorry, it's impossible to add custom themes. However, you can create a custom table and copy it to new table when you needed.

If we did it that way, using a custom table, where would the custom table appear when we wanted to grab it? It wouldn't be in that sidebar where the themes are, right? Or would it?

Yes, it's impossible to create custom theme on the right panel presently.
The custom table is on the right panel, like other new table you create. But you consider it as a template table and use it by copying when needed.
